Atkins Phase 2 (40gm carbs) Plan

MORNING

2 flourless eggs with olive oil and cottage cheese, cup or 4-5 almonds ( carbs 5.5gm ).

1 Cup spinach with almond oil and mushroom roasted or 4-5 strawberries ( carbs - 6gm ).

LUNCH

1 cup parsley cooked with olive oil and chicken breast grilled ( carbs - 7gm ).

1 Cup pinto beans cooked with almond oil and white fish roasted ( carbs - 10gm ).

1 Cup black beans cooked with coconut oil and broccoli ( carbs - 10gm ).

EVENING

Chickpeas roosted 20g and pistachio 10g ( crabs - 10gm ).

Pumpkin seeds roasted and black berries ( carbs - 10gm ).

Pre Dinner

Tomato soup 1cup with heavy cream.

Mix vegetable soup 1 cup with Greek yogurt.

Dinner

Lentils 1 cup cooked with shrimp roasted and cucumber ( carbs - 8gm ).

Cauliflower cooked 1 cup with bacon grilled and carrot ( carbs - 6gm ).

Salmon grilled with spinach 1 cup cooked ( carbs - 5gm ).

You take following food in this phase.

Nuts - Peanuts, cashews, walnuts, almonds, pecans, pistachios.

Seeds - Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.

Fruits - Blueberries, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, cherries, cranberry sauce, cantaloupe, honeydew.

Beans - Black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, soybeans, chickpeas, split peas, hummus.

Dairy - Low fat milk products.
