Bent Over Dumbell Row
This is very important movement for your lower lats. Without using your upper lats you can easily perform lower lats.
Hold dumbell in both the hands, now stand straight and forming back arch take your hips slightly backwards and band your knees slightly. With this posture now you can start by bending your elbow and taking dumbbell upwards. You have to make sure that when to exhale and inhale:
– Upward – exhale and downward – inhale.

1) Latissimus Dorsi
3) Posterior Deltoid
5) Erector Spine
