Over Hand Barbell Row –
This is a good compound exercise for upper lats after lat pull down.
How to do it:
First of all hold the bar with over hand grip then straighten your body and take your hips slightly backwards and bend 90 degree now with back arch band your knees slightly with elbow and shoulder in proper sync lift bar towards chest. While pulling the bar up you have to exhale and bringing it down you have to inhale.
Following muscles are used in this workout :
1) Latissimus Dorsi
3) Posterior Deltoid
5) Erector Spine
