Lat Pull Down –
This is very important exercise of back workout. It involves your upper lats. Not only to back but it also gives strength to shoulder muscles as well as arm muscles.
How to perform lat pull down :
On lat pull down machine, make sure you hold on to grip right and grip must be inside the shoulder line then with the right posture that is back arch and now pull elbow down the shoulder. When you pull the grip down you have to exhale out and when you take grip back up you have to inhale.
Following muscles are used in this workout :
1) Latissimus Dorsi
3) Posterior Deltoid
