This is the most favorite exercise which is used by most of the people because they give more importance rather than this exercise. These are used in pulling and pushing muscles. A male bodybuilder like this exercise, because big arms are a point of attraction in the body. This muscles mostly used in the upper body. Even arms muscles are too small but it provides support to your upper body just like triceps gives support in chest and shoulder muscles same as biceps give support in back exercises. Arms muscles used in about all workouts and you should do this exercise in a proper way.

Arms has two muscles group:

  • Triceps brachii

  2. Lateral Head
  3. Medial Head
  • Biceps Brachii
  1. Long Head
  2. Shot Head
  3. Brachialis
