This workout can’t be done without a machine because the only hard machine makes a calf muscle. It helps in fast running. Calf exercise gives support to your weak knee and also beneficial in cardio exercise.

How to do:-
Select the weight and put the Pedo bar on your shoulder. Your position should be straight from your head to spine and from spine to ankle. Now take your ankle upper side and then slowly put it down. Don’t use your shoulder to up and down the Pedo bar because your shoulder it just to put the weight. Take a breath in when you take your ankle upside and release it when you take it down.
