How to do: – First you keep dumbbells or barbells in your hand. Take same position as you take in deadlift but don’t use your knee as well as you keep it soft in this exercise. Now put down your barbells towards knee and push your hips back side, don’t put your barbells far away from your body. Now straight-up fast and move back to previous position.
