Steps : – First stand straight and keep your legs away. Put your hand parallel to your shoulder. Now keep your chest up and slowly sit down and push your hips down and make at least 90-degree angle. Make sure your knee is behind your toe. Take a breath inside when you go down and release it when you get up.

Steps: – First put your weight bar at a height, where you can lift it easily. Now put your lift bar up on your shoulder and keep your handgrip outside of your shoulder. Now sit down slowly and press your hips backside. Make sure you make a 90-degree angle and knee is behind your toe. You should make your position equal in all sets. Take a breath inside when you go down and release it when you get up.
