What to eat after workout? Your body needs protein and carbs within 30 minutes after a  heavy workout and if you are not taking proper meal than your workout is a complete waste. After a workout it is very important to take care of your diet. You can eat following items

  • Veg-  Paneer, Tofu, Sprouts (Protein), Brown Rice, Multi grain breads (carbs)
  • Non Veg- Egg, Fish, Chicken (Protein)

And if you are reducing your weight then you should add salad with protein.
