What to eat before your workout?  If you have empty stomach then it’s not good because you will feel weak during workout in the gym. So it’s very important to know what you should eat. You must go with very light intake which will give you instant energy for workout.
  • Banana
  • Dry Fruits
  • Fruit Juice

If you are eating heavy meal than you should wait for at least 90 minutes before starting your workout.
