You can strengthen the deltoids in the shoulder workout, but it is very important to strengthen the inside muscles. These exercises will strengthen your shoulder inside. The risk of injury in rotator cough mussels is high, so you should do this exercise before starting the shoulder workout.

 

 

 

These are two exercises.

1. External Rotation
2. Internal Rotation

Joint action – External Rotation

Muscles used – infraspinatus, Teres Minor

How to do:-

First of all, bring the cable across machine to the position of your elbow.

Now stand straight up and grab the handle in right direction of the elbow. Your body should not away from the elbow. Rotate the handle to 90 degrees and then bring it back to the same position. Take the breath while carrying it and release while moving back to original position.
