Cable Standing Internal Rotation
Internal rotation are not much used because of large muscles like Subscapularis, Pectoralis, Latissimus work for internal rotation.
Pay more attention towards external rotation for cuff exercises.

How to do:- In this exercise, your position will remain same as External Rotation just in it your hand grip will be in opposite side. In this workout also you have to keep the elbow fixed. Take the breath while carrying it and release while moving back to original position.
