Lateral Dumbbell Raise

This is very important for deltoid muscle. As the muscle grows, more shape of the shoulder achieved. Taking middle head cause the development of shoulder and it will look broad and powerful. Middle head is the muscle that is used regularly.

Muscles used- middle deltoid
How to do –
Stand straight and according to your strength hold dumbbells. Bend little towards ground and bring dumbbells upwards, make sure your elbow shoulder and wrist are in same line.

Repeat the same in the correct position.
Upwards- exhale, downward- inhale.

You can do same with cable and machine.
